My complete audio setup is a bit all over the place, wiring wise, space wise and destination is unknown at best.
In the following picture, imagine two XLR↔TRS cables going into the Focusrite and one TRS-extension running from the G103.
And here is the other end of those (imaginary) XLRs and TRS:

Color explanation:
Pink is unbalanced

Yeah, it is bad-ish. Since I am using “long Y” cables (called “Insert cables” by Cordial, Type CFY 3 VPP) to get signal from my computer to the mixer (the Mackie, not the craptastic t-mix), it looks less bad in reality.
The Kitchen Counter on the other hand, it evolves dynamically. Because sometimes I just need to funnel half the output of the MEGAfm through the Komorebi into the Monologue and then… 
I may have made breakfast in the middle of a sound creation session, yes…
