What have you purchased recently?

Same here. I have 2 okay-enough pots, 1 decent pan and that is all I need.

We also have pre-filled bags for boiling rice here in the United States, but boiled bag rice is a pretty night-and-day difference from the kind of rice we’re talking about.

So I do think the convenience is important here too, because the way I usually consume rice is like, I’m working in the kitchen cooking a thing that isn’t rice like adobo or mapo tofu or something, and I’m just pairing it with rice. So not having the rice also need babysitting is really nice. Also, I just cook a lot of rice. Like, if a 25 lb. bag of rice would last you over a year, probably you cook rice infrequently enough that just using a normal pot is fine?

@rgdelato I make rice only about once or twice a week for just myself. So I
just buy a couple of 2 lb bags which last me quite a while.

I bought Elden RIng. It has taken over my life to the point where it is nearly three days since I listened to any music. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

So I’m aware it’s probably not the best use of money for my current system buuut…joined the callisto club as well!

And I wasn’t planning on upgrading xlr cables till further down but the dude was selling it for a pretty low price so I snagged some totl supra swords too. Will be interesting what changes it will bring (hopefully for the better).

Wonder how much shipping the box to me would have cost them. The thing had to go over a border
