Wouldn’t be me if I didn’t lol. It’s been interesting btw, because it’s not as musical as the Andromeda pacific blue imo. Feels a bit more more clinical. Def not as fun and musical as pacific blue but still good enough to keep imo! Also the sensitivity is quite different! It’s not as hissy anymore on most gear but still really improves with an iematch. I might get to hear all versions of Andromeda before I die at this rate LOL

Man. I was a hair trigger away from doing a trade for my u18s + cash for a susvara and get back into headphones. Really dodged a bullet there. After some thought, I’d also need a black box adapter + an upgraded cable and now I’m in way deeper than I want. I have to keep my eye on the prize, which is a preamp upgrade in the future.
That would have been one sick chain though: PS regen to Antipodes stack to Lampi GG to Cary monoblocks to Susvara. I just think I’d use my 2ch more.

My brother, friend and I pitched in for this Olympic sized barbell, today i bought the clamps to be able to actually use it lol. Feels great, the barbell costed like 140 so it was fairly expensive but so worth it for squats. I don’t mind using the regular sized barbells for most excersises but for squats i reeeeally like that extra length to change my hand positioning. Just started doing weights a week ago myself.
Something that I’ve been meaning to buy for over a year. I’m always telling people sorry i haven’t responded since i don’t have access to a keyboard and alot of the times don’t have access to my phone even, but now no excuse. Bought this keyboard for my huge 12 inch tablet makes all the difference in the world! I always knew it would really help and be a gamechanger but i was so stingy with buying one since it would be expensive and take a cut from my audio money LOL. In the end i’m totally fine with the price because i looked it up online and saw it costed around 224 usd, then i entered the store and the price tag said 199 usd, finally i went to the register and they charged me 174.51 cents! I call that a win lol. It’s been super important for productivity aka my language studies, studies of general world etc etc, just need to get a debit card soon to be able to buy language books again on places where they don’t accept paypal. Specially since i gotta get started on learning german @MazeFrame

Yoooo nice! I stopped going and haven’t gone to the gym since this pandemic started. I used to go everyday before work. I need to get back into weight lifting.

that’s also very surprising, don’t know why i didn’t expect u to do weights actually no yeah i do know why, ur profile pic is very misleading lol. But niceeeeeee anyt particular reason u had stopped doing so before the pandemic started? And word bro, i hadn’t done weights in yeeeearss but my brother got into them and I was like fuck it i should start too. Specially since i’ve been in a bit of a runt recently.
Gyms were not allowed to open when the pandemic started and my gym closed down permanently when they started to allow people back into the gyms. I never signed up to a new gym after that. 
Biggest advice I can give you is just be consistent and it takes time. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t see any results right away. Also, it’s you vs you. Take your time and it’ll all come into place.

LOL gotcha gotcha. Sorry I forgot about that! I live like a monk in terms of me NEVER going outside so when they closed down things it never affected me LOL. Also where I live they didn’t close anything besides limiting opening hours I think.

It’s pretty nuts, now in this case because i switched from non balanced to balanced some credit goes to that but even when I’ve just switched cables in the past without changing the source, outputs, inputs etc it’s made huge differences where you would think you are listening to something completely different for sure! The pacific blue andromedas for example were legit bass light with a effect audio silver cable (not sure what model it was) while the same headphone with same sources and everything else had some sick ass bass when i used a Satin Audio cable.

My used Gae Bolg arrived today! Haven’t really gotten any listening time on them yet and my Eletech cable hasn’t arrived yet either, so no impressions just yet, but yeah, here’s hoping that I end up liking them a significant amount more than the EST112s that I’ve been using.

I love my Gae Bolg IEMs. I don’t have any experience beyond the ~$1k price point. But between the Gae Bolg, VxV, and Andromeda, these have been my favorite. I’m looking forward to hearing your impressions.
You’ve now got me eyeing the Eletech cable… if it works well for you i have a feeling i’m going to be $250 lighter in the near future…
