Pair of B-stock REL T/9X subs. $1650 delivered…really good deal. Essentially brand new w/ some kind of small flaw on their usually perfect piano gloss finish. Something i can easily live with.

Just a phone pic today, but I got a new BNC/RCA cable in:
I’ve only listened to it for two days, but I like it! Feels like another layer of veil removed, it leans into that clean separated thing that the Allnic’s already good at, and the extra length is less annoying than I thought. The people at Snake River told me to give it a single volleyball-sized coil and that that shouldn’t hurt the SQ, so that’s how I have it in my setup atm.

Congrats, That’s fifty cents on the dollar for new gear in warranty! I hope they’re going in the big room. Now the challenge is placing them in a way where when you move your sitting position you only have to move one of them.

Made a pretty big move.
I ended up doing a trade to go with an integrated amp for my main setup. That will shrink my setup from 3 boxes to a single one. At the same time, I wanted to tilt my sound signature away from the amount of lushness and weight to bit more room information and staging.
This will make @NickMimi mad again because you called dibs on the Cary Pre, but the dealer made a deal for a trade in that I couldn’t say no to, haha.

I’m not big on posting NON-audio related purchases but I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to snag one of these models for years now. Years…I tell ya’.
TRM Neutron 2 Linerlock knife w/ custom Tek-Wood 3D contoured scales. I’m surprised the scales are raw wood with no deep shellac coating
They look good and I love the Reddish color of the wood w/ the light orange stripe around the edge.
Nice change in direction again @Veritas, that pre-amp would have been nice to add to my collection…yesss it would have. No worries though, my recent rash spending has me a bit strapped on fun funds…it would have stressed me trying to justify that pre-amp😂. Congratulations!

Well, made a much bigger jump than I planned for but the result has been amazing…only listening this afternoon after delivery but damn am I happy so far
