My new toy finaly arrived. Now just to figure out how to change the voltage before i play with it
Cant get the thing open though. Anyone know what im missing? Got 6 screws out of the top, 2 out of the front, and 2 out of the back but the corners still feel tied down somehow

Is it one that you have to take off the face plate and then slide everything out the back? Never seen one in person, so have no idea…just a thought.

Its got slots on the front snd back pannels. No idea how the gell you are supose to take it apart but taking like every screw in the outside our gave me just enough play for it to work. Now to figure out the jumpers and fuses

LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOO, bought the Fostex 900 pear white edition. Suuuuuper stoked. Yes currently using it off a hard audio cable :theface: will be using it off the stock cable as well as soon as this other item arrives tomorrow on addition buying a dragon cable after time passes as well. First gotta finish paying off a few purchases lol.

Yeah thanks everyone! Only have a little bit of time on it rn since i’ve been burning it in all this time but im absolutely feeling the Fostex! Awesome surprises too and alot of what i expected is indeed part of this headphone’s sound which is super dope! Ill make sure to include more impressions later once I have solid time on it!

@Hazi59 , you jinxed me, damned Electro harmonix rectifier started to buzz. Took me a short while to figure out what the high pitched noise i was hearing was and where it was coming from but i took my time and finally got the bugger/culprit identified…Damned jinx 
I’m trying to see if i can burn the annoying high pitched noise out of it or if it will need to be sent back for replacement. Timing could not be worse I’m dealing with something that will take me away for a few weeks…this will have to wait.

Got the WA8 from my boi @Draaly thanks very much! It’s phenomenal! Also, you would think that the fostex might not be interesting or good in tubes but quite the opposite! I’m suuuuuper loving the extra width that the wa8 is providing and it definitely has a more spacious sound! RS6 as the dac
