RCA splitters arrived today! The splitters I’m used to seeing are super-cheap, but I figured maybe I shouldn’t cheap out /quite/ so much with these. Anyway, they do the job and my Quicksilver and RNHP both sound great!

Also, I was getting a bit annoyed with my current headphone cables, so I picked up some ZMF Lektrik cables to try out on my Clear and Eikon:

I actually use those same Audioquest splitters. I ended up receiving a defective pair a few months ago and Audioquest exchanged them free of charge and sent them Priority Mail to me.

Buy the Little Dot Dac 1 for same evenings in the Bedroom or otherwise.
Of course there are better ones, but I wanted something that is unproblematic and has a relaxed sound.
That’s also the point of not having to deal with music conversion on the side.
I just hope that it was the right choice,

I really like the custom ZMF connectors; they’re pretty nice.

I just got one of these as a part of the other deal I did today
It’s the power cable with the active IFI power conditioner in it, I think I’m going to use it between the wall and the power regenerator, but I’ll give it a try on my secondary system first to see how much if any difference it makes there.

Any mods yet? Mscaler? Hqp? What the deets?

Isn’t a DAC I was really looking for, turned up locally for a good price, so should be easy to move. If it’s not for me.
It’s only a couple of months old, I will pick up an MScaler or a Blu MK2 for it, before I decide if I’m going to let it go.
So far it’s pretty much what I remembered, but it does work very well with the WA33, possibly a bit thin, but the stage is enormous, and it really does resolve extraordinarily well.
I’m short a couple of cables, to really judge it, so I’ll get it properly setup this weekend and get some listening in.

Tbh I was pretyy convinced I just like nos sound better but I’ve been using hugo 2 a lot recently and its pretty cool. I could 100% see owning a dave (if it was agood used price and not retail obviously). Ill wait for your impressions. Whats your main dac currebtly?
