What have you purchased recently?

Yeah, sorry the link in Audiogon takes you outside of Audiogon is what I meant. It also makes it easier to talk back to them. Audiogon is very restrictive in the messaging within it’s site. No links, no attachments etc.

It’s here! This guy packaged this thing like absolute garbage which I’m not happy about at all, but looks like it arrived in one piece. Will be testing when i get home to be sure. Definitely needs a good cleaning which I will do tonight when I get home.

Get them old organs lined up. They had a lot of good tubes in them.

Hope it held up okay. It didn’t come in the protective Pelican case? I thought that was standard when i got mine (now @Littledrummerboy’s, i think)

Guy I bought from said he couldn’t find it, but will send it to me when he does. Don’t really expect much out of that though.

Congrats on the new amp, @j.fopps!

Between the packing job and the lost case, your seller sounds a bit “all over the place.”

A big boy label printer (Brother P-Touch E300)

Various cables, a heatsink and “probe tweezers”:

Raaco sorting case. Claim to fame is the parts bins instead of dividing walls. I may get another one without the two big bins and instead do 50/50 of the 1x1 and 2x1 bins.

I know that is a serious label printer since it has it’s own case. :Looks over to the shelf holding my cased up label printer:

I would be happy to say I am fine for now but I still have some items I would love to try like mysphere so who knows what will come next. I don’t plan to keep all of them in the long run just the winner lol

Hahahahah….I’ve been eyeing Myspheres lately too.

Would be my 1b headphone to the Susvara’s 1a.
I’d keep it over everything else in my collection, and given the price difference used, if cost was a concern I’d keep it over the Susvara.
Downside really is just getting used to the fit, and no sub bass worth discussing.
I know @M0N went through a period of saying it scaled better than the Susvara when using it on his silly expensive speaker amps.
Most criminally underrated headphone in existence on every other site except perhaps this one.

It’s a step above the Shangri la and he90 on my current setup, but that’s not a fair benchmark. I would say how much I like it but I sort of have an (unfinished) article that attempts to do that

I will say though I don’t know if I’d consider one yet I’m your case @Andy77 , it was very meh considering cost with the 13r

It all comes down to chain synergy as always. I consider mysphere just because I have Paltauf and you mentioned it does not suck with mysphere lol. Plus mysphere seems so different to what I have tried already that it would for sure be fun to try.

It’s a very good value pairing in fact
