It is the F variant of the DSHA-3 so might be a rec for a reasonably priced Utopia amp.

Oh damn, I subscribed to the site to see when the site will launch but i guess the notifier was broke. I think the Cee Tee guy is going to some shows and launched the site along side it.

I really hope you get the time to compare themā¦ Hopefully they keep the fun and forgiving aspect of the dac. Iām holding off because my dac is new but Iāll go for it if its a noticeable upgrade.

Iāve had the Bifrost 2 since March of 2020, so I am fairly confident that I will be able to notice the difference(s) right away. I will be sure to share my observations.

That would be standalone headphone amp from Holo as far as I know.

Oh pretty sure itās solid state. The intent is for it to mate well with hps like a susvara, for ex. Actually, I think they made the amp with the sus in mind. But weāll see.

Yes there was a bit of discussion around that it was voiced for Susvara.
Also, on the Holo site where the Azure is listed currently - itās noted that the Azure has been discontinued and to look for the new flagship amplifier āBlissā in August of 2022.
Under the same cover of rumor still, supposedly someone has emailed with Tim, (Holo USA) where it was mentioned there would be a standard and Kitsune version of the Bliss and that it is close (4-5 weeks out). It seems they are waiting on a chassis but when they get it they will post pics and have an official announcement.

Lowkey intersted in trying some lawton modded fostex headphones. actually not that lowkey, more like super interested. actually talking about closed backs, i never got to hear a ghallahorn either. that would be suuuuper interesting. Itās just i wonder if iāll be satisfied with the āopenessā of the sound. No closed back yet quite matches the open sound of an iem like the JCV or Andromeda yet to me.
Scratch that, the HP-2 was suuuuuuper open and the Fostex 900 was suuuuper open (altho not the widest sounding)
