Abyss comingout with a new product tonight? Perhaps this is the closed back? Perhaps itās a planar IEM or perhaps itās an amp/dac they might have partnered with somebody else on.
If its a new cable then super meh.
Resolve and Taron also mentioned a Raal prototype at the munich show that pretty much fixes the wrongs from the SR1A. Expected product release later in 2022.

Wasnāt that the one with conventional earcups theyāve been working on for a long time?
To make any Raal interesting to me they would have to make them driveable by a wider range of source gear.

The new adaptor box does just that. Ran raal just fine on gsx-mini, v281, and phonitor

isnāt DMS their Social media āguyā? Heās probably sleeping on his flight back from Munich or itās a word play on tone controls. the image is an amp and the HM1 amp at Munich has tone controls so perhaps they are announcing a US distributorship for them.

HM1 looks wildly different and the creator of the HM1 has said a few times he has no plans to make a lower end options in the forseable future. maybe the new xi dac that matches the sagra? But kinda not guessing so. the knob looks the same as whats on the bakoon HPA-21 but I doubt thats whats going on as Soo In has his hands full with 23R alone, much the less adding on another amp right now
The tone thing is the same thing I thought. I mean if youāre a bar posting on an insta storieā¦ knock yourself out, but a corporate press release.
Iām just to old, grumpy, and inflexible due to the stick up my ass perhaps.

I mean that is a translation of a post, so itās probably not fully correct. Also I wouldnāt associate lively with brighter or relaxed with darker, there are other aspects that can play into that imo, but Iād agree thatās a conflicting sentence for sure. Probably just translation error
