Just realized we dont have a thread for these amps.
So this may well be a limitation elsewhere in my chain that the D8kP just dont care about (given how forgiving they are) but I’m using D8000 Pros on my sagra → 13R and I think I may like this more than susvara on the same chain. The depth that these are able to display is just nuts and makes sus feel almost flat in comparison. Realy incredible combo here.
Eyo! Fun fact, bakoon tells you to used 3 seperate fuses depending on it you look on the outside, inside, or email the support
Good to know, and I hope I never need to!!
What happened with yours?!?
The fuse in there has the type written on it in little tiny painful to read without magnification letters on the metal ends.
I’d replace it with what was installed.
get rekt lmao
Has anyone heard the Enleum 23r yet?
I own one and it’s marvelous
Have you also tried a 13r, if so any comparison there?
I haven’t unfortunately. If I get my hands on one I’ll compare but it’s not high on my buying priority list for obvious reasons. Most reviews seem to point that the Enleum is an improvement across the board though.
Good to know, really liked the 13r, good to hear reports are at least as good if not better for the 23r
6moons, hifi knights, soundnews all have raving reviews to name just a few examples
Interesting that there’s proprietary (analog) BNC connectivity to a to be released future DAC.
Or some of the older bakoon kr current drive dacs
Are they any good?
@Gizmo1k has a dac 21 currently. Dont think he has gotteen much play time on it yet though
That’s awesome.
What DAC are you using? I’m guessing you’re using Susvara.
The 13r is raved about, so I’m sure the 23r is going to be at least as good and likely better.
Thank in advance.
At the moment Holo Audio Spring 3 KTE that replaced a Denafrips Iris DDC and Denafrips Pontus II combo before that.
Using the Enleum with the Susvara, ZMF Atrium and Verite Closed and rarely with a LCD-5 that I plan to sell soon.
I’m in the process of figuring out if I’m keeping the Enleum or a Ferrum Oor/Hypsos stack.
My dude Steve really used a 45W amp on Magnepans and thought it was good…
