@Hazi59 Sheâs one of my favorites. Well-deserved fast growth of her channel.
Just a jaw-dropping drum performance.
John Bonham is seemingly making up time signatures. When you focus in on his performance itâs hard not to be amazed.
(I know Iâve posted this before, but it amazes me every time)
@Delta9K Love that group!!
I feel on a lot of music breakdowns of songs I love, there is always mention of off beats and half beats and not being a slave to being exact. And those things make the music so interesting.
Led Zeppelin/Bonham were some what renown for the use of Syncopation on their tracks, itâs one of the defining criteria of their sound.
There is a Youtube channel that âcorrectedâ the time to a few Led Zeppelin classics, to demonstrate just how much is lost, when you remove the natural shifts in the rhythm.
Time correction is the other autotune.
Lady has an insane voice, effortless.
Periphery has been my favorite band since their debut album in 2010. Theyâve always hit different for me and Iâm super stoked to see them live the day after their new album drops.
RIP Lisa Marie.
The album âBrickbatâ by a group called Piroshka fronted by the ex lead singer of Lush with other veterans of 80s/90s UK indie. Itâs kind of uptempo shoegaze with ethereal vocals?
I never wouldâve thought gangster rap and banjo-powered country could be a match, but Gangstagrass does it SO well. And Justified is one of the best shows ever.
A mashup of old Metallica and Slayer but fresh and energetic, just like thrash should be
