Music (or audio) to sleep to?

I sleep well 99 % of the time. However, if I wake up the night and there’s a noise that my brain can’t help but pay attention too, I’ll struggle to fall back asleep. It’s not too common occurrence, but with the stress of my job, it is happening more and more.

I’ve just ordered some XM5 buds to sleep in. I chose them primarily for their active noise cancelling prowess. However, I wished explore music/audio that may be good to listen to while asleep. I’m thinking I’m piano sonatas, but I’m after specific recommendations. Or just examples of what others listen to. The Mrs listens to rain sounds, so I’m going to give that a go, too.

Does anyone else listen to anything while they sleep? iIf so, what? And obviously, because we can’t help but ask the question, what gear do you use?

Any of the “Solitudes” collections. Nature sounds mixed with music. Great to mellow out to or sleep. I have listened to many of these albums over the years.

I started using cheap ear plugs while sleeping in the military years ago and continue to do so. They mute minor noises like my dog walking around, etc… I also read a little and then play an interesting video or audiobook (screen off, on sleep mode/auto-off at 15mins) laying the tablet next to my pillow. The video/book is something I am currently learning/interested in but rarely make it the entire fifteen minutes before falling asleep.
