I dont know if they are random or more symmetrical, but it would be cool if they were all a unique juxtapositions.

Yeah we’ll have to see what the finalized unit looks like, but I’m still interested either way!

Honestly looks pretty interesting. Hifiman Svanar $2k…

Very interesting. I wonder how it will compete in that price point. I might eventually look for IEM in that price range for my LPGT so will see.

Apparently there are rumors that Craig and Eddie Current are not 100% done and another amp model may be in the works.

Interesting, I wonder what he’d do, the Studio B was originally a response to his parts inventory, after he “closed his doors” the first time.

I’d assume he wouldn’t do a Studio B replacement. Maybe another higher end option.

The issues with his more expensive designs was always the difficulty sourcing transformers, hence the Studio M/T variants, the Tribute transformers were basically impossible to source, so he added the M variant to give people something to buy.

Yeah, i cant imagine what it would be.

Maybe a simple SS or hybrid type amp. Something easy to source.

kinda of a cool looking new amp on the market.

They are very distinctive and beautiful, I wonder how expensive they are? In terms of appearance they look a bit like CA Trifectas. All the balanced armatures remind me of the Ara.

I liked my Google Translate take on the Korean original:

"5. Conclusion

It’s good for these people:

I am a balanced type.

I like to have good high notes.

I hate coloring.

I hate the sound that burdens my ears.

I want to buy a pair, but there are no used ones, and I’m short of money."

I loved “I hate the sound that burdens my ears”. Me too! :+1:

I haven’t seen any reviews or even any mentions on other forums…but it looks like Rosson Audio is now selling a new headphone called the MPL-0. Im not certain, but to me it looks like a RAD-0 but with Maple Wood Cups instead of that acrylic epoxy resin or whatever material is used on the RAD-0 cups. The price is much cheaper as well, so im kinda sorta tempted…

I was not a fan of the plastic swirls and so I never paid Rosson much attention tbh. These MPL look really nice. I’m sort of curious too. A Rossen is something that I’ve not heard in any flavor.

Great looking headphones, I like their incorporation of wood better than the ZMFs from a first look at least. More subtle and not as wide roundish design.

The maple looks nice. If it was cherry i think it would have been :pinched_fingers:.

Oddly it looks like the last pic is a cherry stain and is very nice looking.

Kinda surprised that they still haven’t changed the headband, but yeah, the wood is nice.

This is such a cool device, literally has everything in it.
I don’t have high hopes with the ESS DAC chip but they got a lot of the other things right - headphones I/O, preamp I/O, optional linear power supply, wifi + ethernet, roon ready, bluetooth, airplay, expandable storage, actual android. Decent design generally and extras with the remote and cool gadget keyboard.

$700
