I have heard 3 people i trust (dont have the same tastes as 2 of them tbf) say its technicaly a step up from 23r. Whether it competes for the 8k price is a different discussion, bit tbh, thats kind of a dead zone pricing wise afaik. Over all idk, i guess im just not all that bothered by the hype given the output means you probabaly wont loose much even if it sucks and you sell
New Enleum product that won a red dot design award will be announced June 20th.
Most likely a stronger amp (65 or 100 wpc).
Bakoon 13r : Enleum 23r
As
Bakoon Amp41 : New Enleum product?
its probably the 65w 43R or 100w 53R, both confirmed by Soo In Chae that theyâre in development
How does it compare to the Phonitor though?
It does look really nice.
oOh god the mixingâŚwhy is that not more common? Honestly that thing looks pretty neat, too bad about the price.
Cause it probabaly makes up a substantial portion of the cost
I looked at the specs (and googled a metric to US calculator) and the HM1+power supply will fit perfectly riiiiiiiight there:
EDIT: Holy fingerprints! Much worse in the photo.
Thatâs what Iâm worried about, stuff like that typically sacrifices fidelity for features, and just like with the phonitor itâs neat at first but most realize it really isnât worth the trade off for that price point unless your main priority are features over sound. But who knows, I just think @ValentineLuke is definitely on the right track in terms of the hype over the thing, itâs exactly the same way the phonitor got pushed lol
But itâs not red. And it doesnât have VU meters. Hard pass.
Edit: Before I get a lot of âWTF, what an assâ replies, thatâs a joke about @ValentineLukeâs Phonitor.
What are you like eating fried chicken while listening?
Thatâs the best thing I like about the Enleum⌠they sacrificed all the features to prioritize build and sound quality haha
Imagine if it did?!
I really look forward to trying one, though. Zähl is pretty respected for his consoles, so Iâm sure itâs good. Itâs more of a question of âhow goodâ?
Question to the general membership.
Iâve never been to a show like this, one realization however is that it canât be good to given a listen to a headphone/amp in that noisy an environment, closed backs would have half a chance but an open back would be pointless.
Are there no quiet areas or side rooms to show off gear this way?
There are quiet booths (like an old telephone booth with sound dampening) sometimes and some manufacturers have rooms outside of the main showroom that can be much quieter but youâre right to assume itâs far from ideal in any case
Iâve had a hard time making a good assessment but Iâve been loaned a component for a couple of days In my own home.I canât imagine just a few minutes in an unfamiliar space.
Jeez are you able to track all my porn searches too?
