While at this point I am skeptical of all new products, and one that aims for a neutral (harmon looking) curve doesnt wow me, i do think the parts about making it open source is pretty sweet.
I feel like he does speak as if it was a passion project, though still with some more mehh statements (ie: i you want color put it on a tube amp). His affinity towards both hd6xx and the prefazor lcds can make this one good combo.

All their newer products can do roon now, it was something they were working on for a loooong time.
seems like only the n20 is Roon Tested fwiw at least for now. Also no clear information yet on if they act as the core too.

My understanding is they only work as a roon endpoint is that correct? No option to run roon server on the aurrender?

Shiiiii… 2.5 mil yen (around 16k USD) for an iem system!! I love my brise cables and all, but that’s kinda crazy. Well, I guess if you add them up as separate components the price wouldn’t be far off, but still…

Oh wow, 5BA, 2DD, and 1MEMS, that has to be the first tribrid featuring a MEMS driver. That being said, I’m still waiting on IEMs featuring the full-range Cypress MEMS drivers that won’t be out for another year iirc. Also, 16k, yeeesh…
