Ifi Pro iDSD VS ifi Pro iDSD Signature

I currently own a ifi Pro iDSD, But how much of an upgrade is the ifi Pro iDSD Signature model over the old ifi Pro iDSD?

Reading over their description of the Signature, it seems like you would get a similar upgrade by getting the Elite power supply they include with the signature.
From iFi’s product page:

“ The Pro iDSD Signature has:

  • a sonically darker background and a punchier bass
  • upgraded power -supply components to lower the overall system noise by 300%
  • precisely matched NOS GE5670s tubes
  • added support for USB1.0 (PS4/PS5)
  • a new aluminium remote control
  • a top-of the range iPower Elite power supply included”

Might be worth trying.

I am looking intho signature today and it might be something I could be interested in. Any feedback/experience in terms of how it performs and sounds?

I’ve had the Signature amp and it was a nice performing device, a bit gimmicky, but worked well and very powerful. I can guess the iDSD performs will perform just as well. This is not high-end gear but it’s very close.
