FInal Audio IEM thread, A8000 / A4000 / E5000 / E4000 / Other models and series etc

For all Final Audio IEM discussion. I didn’t put all the different models and series in the title, just the A and E series that most people know, otherwise it would be too long. Final Audio has a plethora of IEMs.

I was surprised we didn’t have this thread yet. I got a budget pair of the E1000C and I am actually enjoying them more than I expected. I could be imagining this, but I think they give a sort of holographic presentation where most of the instruments in songs sound further out, but most vocals feel very intimate and natural. Something about them is just putting the fun in the music I am listening to. Bass is there, but not super boosted or anything. Mids around the vocal range are very nice. Treble is very inoffensive and smooth. There is definitely a bit of a dark tinge to the signature, and it almost feels that because of that, there is a bit of a “veil” over some details you could say. So yes, they are not amazing by any standards, but for the price I am very happy. Obviously this is not going to be on most peoples’ radars at the price point, but it does make me interested in their other models.

If anyone likes any Final IEMs or has experiences they would like to share on here, feel free to!

In the Final lineup, I’ve had the F4100, B1, B2 and A8000. I currently have the B1. I really like it. It’s a bit laid back while retaining good detail and it has great bass. I am, admittedly a bit of a basshead so take that for what it’s worth. The A8000 was technically a better IEM for sure but it was a bit much for me at times. I haven’t tried a ton of IEMs but, after looking it up, I guess I’ve had 13 and the B1 hits the sweat spot for price/performance and is probably my overall favorite IEM so far for my use case.
