Hello everyone, I’m a new member, and this is my first post in the group. I’m using a Sonic-Frontiers SFD-1, and a transformer near the fuse box just burned out. Could someone please provide me with the output voltage specifications for this small transformer, code FT2504? Thank you and appreciate your help.

Ive never seen a transformer melt like that. You can always message the company with the model number, but it looks like underneath was burnt too. I think the best thing is to see if something else went bad leading to this burn out or else it may repeat again.

contact these guys. they were the OG builders and have serviced and upgraded a number of these products, would entail shipping to Canada though.
